Summer is nearly here — we can almost taste it (literally)! Head to Eat’n Park for refreshing summer flavors, featuring ingredients like strawberry, tomato, zucchini, and more!

Chicken Bruschetta 

We top our herb-crusted baked chicken breast with homemade bruschetta and finish it with a balsamic glaze and Asiago cheese, all served with your choice of two sides and Italian bread. 

Chicken Bruschetta Salad 

We start with a bed of mixed greens and top it with strips of herb-crusted baked chicken breast, homemade bruschetta and balsamic glaze, cucumbers, mozzarella, and Asiago cheese. 

Spinach & Tomato Omelet 

It’s a tasty way to add some color to your omelet! Our Spinach & Tomato Omelet comes with spinach, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese, all topped with hollandaise sauce.   

Zucchini 

Zucchini Lasagna 

it’s a new Italian classic! For our Zucchini Lasagna, we hand-bread local zucchini and layer it with sliced ricotta cheese and marinara sauce. Then, we top it with mozzarella and Asiago cheese and serve it with your choice of one side and garlic toast.    

Zucchini Appetizer 

Share it with friends or enjoy it all to yourself! Either way, our Fried Zucchini is not to be missed! This appetizer features fresh hand-breaded zucchini served with marinara sauce for your dipping pleasure.

Fresh sliced strawberries and toasted almonds served on mixed greens and spinach, all topped with our warm poppy and sesame seed dressing.

Salad Bar 

For a festival of summer flavors, head to our Salad Bar! Top your salad high with cucumbers, tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, and more! Plus, we also have peaches and more fruit selections to fill your plate. And of course, don’t forget to add a cup of homemade Chicken Noodle Soup or Chili and our Soup of the Day. It’s three meal varieties for one price! 

Mom deserves the world, right? And while that may be too big to wrap, another way to give her everything she wants is to take her to an Eat’n Park buffet! 

Here are all the ways to buffet leading up to Mother’s Day. 

Take her to our Salad Bar
Customize your very own soup, salad, and fruit meal? Yep! She can pile her plate high with broccoli salad, pasta salad, or she could even build her very own veggie salad. Plus, she can fill her dish with peaches, our iconic pistachio pudding, mini muffins, and more! And don’t forget a cup of Chicken Noodle Soup, our Soup of the Day, or Chili. Our salad bar opens weekdays at 11 AM, 12 PM on Saturday, and 3 PM on Sunday. 

Take her to the Saturday Breakfast Buffet
“Eat your breakfast,” Mom would always say. Now you can treat her to ALL the breakfast at our Saturday Breakfast Buffet until 11 AM, where we serve potato pancakes, French toast, waffles, sausage, and more.  

Take her to the Sunday Brunch Buffet
Chicken and biscuits, pierogies, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and more? We really like to go all out with our Sunday Brunch Buffet from 9 AM to 2 PM, and it’s the perfect spot to take Mom to on Mother’s Day. Add a Strawberry Pie to go for her to enjoy later!

All month long, we’re celebrating our favorite strawberry dishes, including our Strawberry Pie, which celebrates 70 years this year! Make it a berry special month and order one of these strawberry dishes today.
