Summer is only a few weeks away but that doesn’t mean you can’t start enjoying the flavors of the season now! From light lunches to sweet desserts and everything in between, our new seasonal menu items will soon be your new favorites. Read on to learn about these delicious dishes!
Crispy Pork Pot Stickers – 6.99
A new addition to our appetizer lineup, our Crispy Pork Pot Stickers are a great way to start any meal. We serve them with sweet chili sauce for your dipping pleasure.
Chicken & Strawberry Salad – 8.99
This refreshing summer salad features sliced, grilled chicken breast that’s served on a bed of mixed greens and spinach, and topped with sliced strawberries and toasted almonds. We serve it with our warm poppy and sesame seed dressing and our bakery-fresh strawberry bread.
Chicken Bruschetta – 9.99
A summer favorite has returned! This dish includes herb-crusted baked chicken breast topped with our homemade bruschetta and finished with a balsamic glaze and Asiago cheese. We use locally sourced tomatoes when they’re in season for our bruschetta because local tastes better! It’s served with your choice of two sides and bakery-fresh rolls.
Pulled Pork Sandwich – 8.99
We’re bringing the barbeque to you! This new sandwich features our homemade pulled pork that is slow-roasted in-house daily and tossed in our special BBQ sauce. It’s served on a grilled brioche bun with crisp coleslaw, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, and a side of your choice.
Grilled Chicken Vegetable Flatbread – 8.49
Packed full of summer flavor, this soft warm flatbread is stuffed with grilled chicken, locally sourced roasted vegetables (in season), feta cheese, spinach, and finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. We served it with one side of your choice.

This Eat’n Park classic is back for a limited time! It features a 6oz. Black Angus burger between two slices of grilled Texas toast with melted American cheese, grilled green peppers, onions, and mushrooms with a hint of yellow mustard. Plus, it comes with a side of your choice!

Linda Mayou: Albert Lexie Award Winner
Congratulations to our longtime team member, Linda Mayou,
for receiving the 2017 Albert Lexie Award from Children’s Hospital of
Pittsburgh Foundation!
Each year, Children’s Foundation staff and leadership
identify an individual who goes above and beyond in their efforts to support
the foundation and whose actions honor the legacy of Albert Lexie—a Monessen
shoe shiner who donated all his tips to the hospital’s Free Care Fund for 28
years. Linda is the 3rd person ever to receive this award for her
spirit of giving.
Linda has been a team member at our Monongahela Eat’n Park for
more than 25 years, and has been a passionate leader within our Caring for Kids
Campaign benefiting Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh for many of those
years. Her efforts have resulted in the Monongahela Eat’n Park alone
raising more than half a million dollars for Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh
through the years. Linda recently retired, but is still actively involved
in our Caring for Kids Campaign.

2017 Volunteer of the Year
Giving back to our communities is one of the fundamental pillars of our company culture. We know the importance and value of taking care of people both inside and outside our restaurants.
Many of our team members are active volunteers in their neighborhoods, and we do what we can to support them in those endeavors. During the months of April and May, we recognize those who have gone above and beyond by generously giving their time and energy to support causes in their local communities.
From over 1,300 team members who volunteered over 43,000 hours of their time in 2016, we’re proud to announce that this year’s Eat’n Park Hospitality Group Volunteer of the Year is William “Bill” Emerick!

Bill, a team member at our Altoona restaurant, is passionate about giving back, as evidenced by the 625 hours he spent volunteering last year. Bill has been volunteering at his church, Westside United Methodist, for 5 years. He started as a trustee chairman and served as the church’s handyman. After a while, he wanted to dig in even more. He began serving meals to over 100 people every Monday evening.
In addition to serving at his church, Bill also uses his culinary talents and his love for people at The Joshua House, a local community center whose mission is to help youth find purpose. On Bill’s behalf, Eat’n Park Hospitality Group will be donating $1,500 to The Joshua House. At the center, Bill helps to coordinate and serve food at a number of their annual events – 3 wellness races each year, Hoopsfest (a 1000 player basketball tournament), a Thanksgiving dinner that provides over 350 meals, Operation Christmas Blessing, which supplements all the traditional elements of Christmas for 30 families in need, and an afterschool homework club, where Bill provides hot meals for kids 3 times a week.
Please join us in congratulating Bill and our other finalists for their extensive efforts in the community!
