Our Favorite Eat'n Park Love Stories

Happy Valentine's Day! Earlier this week, we asked our followers to share with us their Eat’n Park love stories! Here are a few of our favorites:

KAREN D.
"My mother and I went to Eat'n Park to eat and decided to get a strawberry pie to take home. I had a brand new 1969 Chevelle and decided to put the pie on the back window ledge. Yep, I hit the brakes and the pie was all over my back seat. I pulled into an Arco gas station in Latrobe and this handsome young man helped me clean my seat off. I kept going into that gas station and finally he asked me out. On dates we would go to the Eat'n Park Big Boy in Greensburg where the waitresses were on roller skates. That was in 1969. We were married in 1972 and we have been married for 48 years and we still go to Eat'n Park. If it wouldn’t have been for that pie from Eat'n Park, we would never have met. Two daughters later with 3 grandsons and 3 granddaughters. Thank you Eat'n Park!!!"

HANNAH S.
"Well mines a different kind of love story but LOVE nonetheless. Single momma to 5 several with disabilities ranging from severe separation anxiety (doesn’t like to leave the home) to Autism among others. Eat' Park is one of the only places we have ever felt welcomed. No stares or eye rolls. Where the wait staff goes above and beyond to work around my kiddos OCD, sensory needs and diet restrictions. If ones under the table rolling, no big deal. For my twins it’s easier for one to go out as “someone else” we never get the looks nor does your staff skip a beat when he ordered in character (usually Batman lol) Your establishment allows us to feel normal and loved like everyone else does that may take for granted. Thank you for being such a great place to dine and feel welcomed."

DANIEL H.
"My wife wanted the Eat'n Park salad bar as her final meal before going in to get induced and after lots of watermelon and lemonade she didn't feel the baby moving as much as expected, so she went to be seen early and the next afternoon I got to meet the world's cutest little Valentine ."

SYDNEY N.
"Oh my where to start!! When my fiancé and I met for the very first time, we ended our night at Eat'n park! After we began dating, I found the adorable Smiley Cookie tie in his room & joked with him that he has to wear it when he proposes to me haha Eat'n park is my favorite restaurant so I’m a tad obsessed with smiley lol my fiancé planned a scavenger hunt for my proposal & had Eat'n Park as one of the stops. He then followed through with his word & wore his tie when he proposed! We are also planning on getting smiley cookies for the cookie table at our wedding!!"

KELLY M.
"My wife, Cassandra, and I have loved Eat’n Park since we started dating. One of our missions in our lives together is to eat at every location. We’re halfway through them all. We’re such big enthusiasts and EnP has been such a part of our relationship that we had our engagement photos taken at the Dormont location. Of course, Smiley Cookies had a place of prominence at our cookie table, too."
