We’ve brought back a few autumn classics, and we have several brand new items that will soon top your list of fall favorites. In addition, we’re happy to let you know that thanks to popular demand, a couple of the specials we featured over the summer have been added to our regular menu!

Read on to see all of our new items. Warning: May result in uncontrollable cravings!

Whole-Grain Pancakes
You asked, and we answered! We’ve had many requests for whole grain pancakes, and now they’re here. An Eat’n Smart selection, these pancakes are topped with a sprinkle of oatmeal. Love our classic Pot Roast Sandwich? This is its sassy cousin. Our famous shredded pot roast is topped with a blend of Pepper Jack, Swiss, and American cheeses and served on bakery-fresh sourdough with horseradish mayonnaise. Includes your choice of one side. $6.99

Pittsburgh Turkey SandwichA recipe straight from da ‘burgh. Yinz are gonna love it! Oven-roasted turkey breast slices, Swiss cheese, chipotle slaw, and crisp French fries are piled high between grilled Italian bread. Includes a side of your choice (as if the sandwich itself isn’t enough to fill you up!) $6.99

Smothered Ground SirloinComfort food at its best. Seasoned and chargrilled ground sirloin topped with rich brown gravy and grilled green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Served with your choice of two sides and bakery-fresh rolls. $8.99

Chicken Cordon Bleu
It’s baaaack! If you’ve been anxiously awaiting the return of the Chicken Cordon Bleu since last fall, well, you shall wait no more. A tender boneless chicken breast is coated in seasoned bread crumbs, baked to a golden brown, topped with thin ham slices and Swiss cheese, and finished with a light wine sauce. Delicious doesn’t even begin to cover it. Served with your choice of two sides and bakery-fresh rolls. $8.99

Spinach Artichoke Dip
Another fall favorite, this appetizer is made from scratch daily in our restaurants. Artichoke, spinach, onion, garlic, and a hint of Red Hot sauce melt together with mozzarella, Asiago, and cream cheeses. All blended together with creamy Alfredo sauce and topped with a cheesy bread crumb mixture. Mmmmmmm! Served with tortilla chips for dipping. $4.99

Pumpkin Lattes and Chai Tea
Pumpkin, Pumpkin, Pumpkin! We’re positively possessed! You’ll be passionate about pumpkin, too, after you try one of these perfectly pleasurable beverages. Our Pumpkin Chai Tea features a blend of Oregon Chai Tea, steamed milk, and Torani Pumpkin Pie syrup, topped with a dollop of froth and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Our Pumpkin Latte is a delicious combination of espresso, Torani Pumpkin Pie syrup, and steamed milk, topped with a dollop of foamed milk.

Local Apple Cider
Hot or cold, you’ll love our apple cider, straight from the orchards of our FarmSource partners. Enjoy a cold, crisp, and refreshing glass, or try it mulled with spices and served warm with an orange slice.

Back by popular demand!
Buffalo Chicken Wrap
A favorite from our summer menu, we’ve decided to add the Buffalo Chicken Wrap to our regular offerings. A warm tortilla spread with your choice of bleu cheese or ranch dressing, wrapped around juicy all-white chicken fillets tossed in our own special Buffalo sauce, with shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. $5.99

Steak Salad
Many of you requested (well, ok - demanded) that we keep our Steak Salad on the menu. Who are we to argue? Mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, egg wedges, and French fries, topped with thinly sliced grilled rib-eye steak and shredded cheddar cheese. Served with your choice of dressing. $8.49

And don’t forget that at Eat’n Park, we’re always happy to customize your meal just the way you want it. Don’t like a particular ingredient? Just let your server know and we’ll accommodate your request whenever possible. Share

What Does Fall Mean To You?

When I sit back, close my eyes, and think of fall, a rush of childhood memories come to mind. I think of the fragrant smell of autumn leaves that fills the air, and I remember the warmth from the oven in my mother’s kitchen in the hours before dinner and the wonderful aroma that filled the house.

Yep, that's me as a boy, enjoying an early fall day with my Uncle Mundo. One of the great things about being a chef is that if you do your job right and create great recipes, it is possible to stir those types of memories in others with your creations. And that is exactly what I think we have done with our new line of fall specials.

Let’s start with our new appetizer, baked Spinach & Artichoke Dip. This appetizer is made from scratch in each restaurant and baked for you to order in our kitchen ovens. It’s filled with spinach, artichoke hearts, onion, cream cheese, Asiago cheese, mozzarella cheese and a dash of Frank’s Red Hot. Try one. Our ovens always have a warm spot for you, just like Mom’s.

At breakfast you’ll find our new Mushroom Medley Omelette and with a blend of FarmSource button and portabella mushrooms. We still make every omelette fresh to order with three large Grade A eggs.

For lunch we are featuring our new Pittsburgh Turkey Sandwich. The combination of flavors here is outstanding….seasoned fries, smoked turkey, Swiss cheese, and a spicy chipotle slaw, all served between two slices of our fresh-baked Italian bread. Yes, we bake our Italian bread fresh every day in every restaurant (and our six grain, rye, and raisin breads too!).

For dinner, give either the returning Chicken Cordon Bleu or the new Smothered Ground Sirloin a try. The chicken is oven-baked to order and topped with thin slices of ham, Swiss cheese, and a hint of white wine butter sauce. The sirloin is char-grilled to perfection, topped with rich brown gravy and farm-fresh green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Definitely two dishes that will give you that “just like home” heartiness you expect in fall meals.

Nothing says comfort like pumpkin pie. Don’t you just love thinking back to all those great Thanksgiving dinners that ended with pumpkin pie? This fall, we will be introducing fresh baked pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie milkshakes, and pumpkin lattes along with our annual pumpkin pies. Try one and bring back a memory.

And finally, one of my favorite fall memories is enjoying the fall apple harvest straight from the trees. I’m excited to tell you that we will be featuring fresh Apple Cider and Hot Mulled Apple Cider from Dawson Orchards, one of our FarmSource partners.

So there it is; a combination of recipes based around the fall feelings of heartiness, warmth, comfort, freshness, and overall nostalgia. Why don’t you stop at Eat’n Park, give our new fall specials a try, and escape for a little while to the fall memories of your past.

Until next time,
