Summer Specials at Eat’n Park

For a great taste of summer, stop in to Eat’n Park and try one of my rockin’ new specials! Each recipe was developed to emulate the feeling of summer, from the cool, clean, natural tastes of fresh fruit salad to the vibrant colors of the Pasta Primavera. In the test kitchen, John and I took into consideration every aspect of summer when developing these recipes. The char-grilled Bacon and Cheddar Burger and the Georgia Peach Chicken give you that feel of cooking out in the backyard, and the peach salsa just screams fresh. You know, we make that salsa fresh every day. No readymade product here!

Pasta is a year-round favorite, but for summer, we wanted to create one with a light sauce and an array of fresh-cut vegetables. The Pasta Primavera was born. We also know that during the summer, you need a hint of barbecue, so we brought back our popular BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich. And finally, summer just wouldn’t be summer without our Fresh Fruit Salad and our famous dipping sauce.

What’s my favorite, you might ask? Well, they are all great, but today my favorite is the Chicken Caesar Wrap. It has a wonderful aroma of Caesar dressing, the crispness of fresh-cut Romaine lettuce, a burst of garden-ripe cherry tomato, and the heartiness of seasoned, grilled chicken all tossed together with shredded Asiago cheese. And best of all, it is great for those on the move during the busy summer months.

I hope you enjoy these specials as much as John and I enjoyed creating them for you. To read more about each new item, just click here. Have a great summer and be sure to stop in and give one of my specials a try. Then come back to the blog and let me know which one is your favorite!

Until next time,
