How about nutrition information for the recipe? One of the things I love about your restaurant is that nutrition information is available for most of the items on your menu. (Though oddly, not for the veggie omelet!)

Great idea! We've posted the nutritional info for the stuffed sole in the recipe above.
Here's the data for the veggie omelette (which is actually listed in our nutritional brochure as the "Supreme Omelette" - guess we need to update our files!)

Serving for 10?? Few of us cook for 10 for dinner...how about servings for 2 or 4? Thanks!

+Just read your answer to the request for "nutrition" info on one of your fine meals...nice to find a resturant that is keenly interested in communicating with its customers...Keep up the good work...CJ from Pa.

Thanks for the feedback regarding the serving sizes. The nature of the stuffing for this recipe makes it hard to quantify for a smaller serving size, but in the future, we'll do our best to modify the recipes to feed 2-4 people.

What is the topping on the crumby buns? It is delicious! Is there a recipe available that can be posted?

Sorry, we're keeping the crumby bun topping to ourselves for now! =) Glad to hear you're enjoying it though!
