Whether you’re new to the Salad Bar or a veteran Salad Bar content creator, here are some simple steps for how to get the most out of your Salad Bar experience:

How to Eat Healthy and Keep Variety at the Salad Bar

1. Start with Lettuce.

You want to get your greens, right? Get a little bit of everything with our mixed greens rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, beto-carotene, calcium, fiber, and more!

2. Have Fun with Fruit and Veggies!

Pile on the cucumbers, broccoli, red onions, and tomatoes, and maybe even throw in some seasonal fruit!

3. Include a Lean Protein.

Add some lean proteins like black beans, cottage cheese, diced eggs, and sunflower seeds!

4. Say Less with Salad Dressing

Whether it’s Italian, Blue Cheese, or our iconic Ranch, one scoop will do it! Sometimes less is more!

5. Enjoy a Cup of Chicken Noodle Soup.

Did you know that soup staves off cold and flu viruses? Yep! Not only is Eat’n Park’s Chicken Noodle Soup delicious, but it can also help protect your immune system.

Eat’n Park’s Salad Bar is where you call the shots! You can customize your meal exactly the way you want it!

The Salad Bar opens weekdays at 11AM, Saturdays at noon, and Sundays at 3PM.
