We’re starting summer a little early with the launch of our summer menu! From breakfast and lunch to dinner and dessert, there’s something for everyone with these new favorites. Learn more about our delicious summer dishes below.  

Strawberry Waffle 
A sweet way to start the day! Our homemade Belgian waffle topped with fresh, sliced strawberries and crowned with whipped topping. One of the many ways to celebrate the Merry Berry Month of May! 

Confetti Partycakes 
It’s a party on a plate! Two fluffy buttermilk pancakes stuffed with rainbow sprinkles and topped with a dollop of whipped topping and coated in additional sprinkles.  

Cookies and Cream Pancakes 
Two fluffy buttermilk pancakes grilled to perfection with chocolate cookie pieces, coated with whipped topping, sprinkled with additional chocolate cookie pieces, and drizzled in chocolate syrup. 

Spinach & Tomato Omelet 
A tasty way to add some color to your omelet! Made with spinach, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese, all topped with hollandaise sauce.    

Chicken & Strawberry Salad
This refreshing summer salad features grilled chicken breast, freshly sliced strawberries, and toasted almonds, all on a bed of mixed greens and spinach, served with warm poppy and sesame seed dressing and a side of bakery-fresh strawberry bread.  

Zucchini Appetizer 
Whether you share it with friends or keep it all to yourself, our Fried Zucchini is not to be missed! This appetizer features fresh hand-breaded zucchini served with marinara sauce for your dipping pleasure.  

Zucchini Lasagna 
A new Italian classic! Our Zucchini Lasagna features hand-breaded local zucchini layered with sliced ricotta cheese and marinara sauce, topped with mozzarella and Asiago cheese and served with your choice of one side and garlic toast.   

Strawberry Sundae 
You’ll want to scoop up this dessert! Two scoops of premium hand-dipped vanilla ice cream, layered with freshly cut strawberries and strawberry syrup, all finished with whipped topping.  

Strawberry Lemonade 
How else should you cool down on a warm day? This thirst-quencher is infused with freshly sliced strawberries for the ultimate summer refreshment.   

Strawberry Pie 
Last but certainly not least, a beloved dessert classic since 1954! Our Strawberry Pie includes freshly cut strawberries and glaze topped with whipped topping.
