2018 Best Practices Award
While Eat’n Park is widely known as The Place For Smiles and Smiley Cookies, we’re also known as a great place to work!
We’re happy to announce that we have recently been recognized nationally for our best practices in employee retention by winning the 2018 Best Practices Award in the family dining category. This award was presented to us by Transforming Data Into Knowledge (TDN2K), the leading provider of human capital and workforce analytics for the food service industry.
The Best Practices Awards recognize consistently superior performance results among hundreds of companies tracked by TDn2K. Companies were evaluated on hourly and management retention, compensation, diversity and year-over-year improvement.
Did you know that Eat’n Park has one of the lowest turnover rates in the restaurant industry, and more than 400 of our team members have been with us for 25 years or more? In addition to competitive salaries, benefits packages, and flexible work schedules, we aim to provide our team members the tools they need to succeed, including education and training, which can lead to advancement opportunities!
Long story short, we’re a great place to work and we want your smile! Click here to learn more about joining our Eat’n Park family!
