Hampton Eat'n Park Gets a Full Remodel: See the Pics!

If you haven’t been to Hampton Eat’n Park recently, you might not recognize it on your next visit!

Yep, our restaurant on Route 8 got a full remodel this past month, featuring updated décor, new artwork, and refreshed branding to celebrate both our history and our future. The restaurant now also features a more accessible Salad Bar and a BRAND-NEW Pickup Window!

The renovation was an all-hands-on-deck team effort, with former Eat’n Park team member Trice Micheals coming out of retirement to help train team members for the new and improved space.

“The team members here have been so adaptable to the new environment,” said Micheals. “They’re great. We’ve hired great team members, and it’s been a joy to be here. I love the pictures on the walls and the updated colors. The guests love it, too.”

Guests that turned out for the Grand Reopening on December 15 were pleasantly surprised with not only the new look, but also the speed with which the renovation took place.

“Didn’t take long!” said one guest who stopped by to pick up some Smiley swag at the Grand Reopening. “I missed you guys though.”

“I said to my husband, ‘Oh, they just closed — there’s no way they’ve reopened yet,’” said another guest. “Then he called me and said, ‘Nope, they’re open!’ It looks really nice!”

“People like the bigger booths,” said team member Emily Vida. “The space is more open and lighter, more modern. Now with the Pickup Window, people don’t have to get out of their cars in the cold to enjoy an Eat’n Park meal.”

Those bigger booths came in handy for Smiley and his new friends, Pirates Pierogies Cheese Chester and Bacon Burt, who came out to celebrate both the Grand Reopening and the newest appetizer on the Eat’n Park menu: Cheddar Bacon Ranch Pierogies. Eat’n Park is proud to be the only restaurant provider for this brand-new Mrs. T’s Pierogies flavor.

“We are so happy,” said team member Janna Fuller. “It’s like a new world. The décor is wonderful. Everything is just located perfectly. The extra doors to the kitchen, the Salad Bar being in the middle — customers are so happy about that.”

8 Eat’n Park Traditions to Share with Out-of-Town Friends and Family

Do you have out-of-town friends and family visiting you soon? Take them to Eat’n Park! Share time-honored Eat’n Park traditions and introduce out-of-towners to what makes The Place for Smiles...the Place for Smiles

1. Dipping your French Fries in Eat’n Park Ranch. ‘Nuff said.

2. Biting into our Superburger, a tradition that dates back to 1949! Add French fries and a milkshake to make it really classic!

3. Treating them to the simple pleasure of Grilled Stickies and our Signature Coffee. Two legendary menu items!

4. Expanding out-of-state minds with the Classic Eat’n Park Salad. French fries on a salad? They’ll never look at French fries or salad the same way again!

5. Giving someone the side eye when they say, “Shouldn’t it be, Park’n Eat?” If you know, you know.

6. Filling up on ALL the fruits, veggies, and soup you want at our Salad Bar! Pile your plate high and make your own delicious meal (or meals!).

7. Watching the Christmas Star commercial! If you don’t catch it on TV, watch it here!

8. Capping off your Eat’n Park experience with a good old-fashioned Smiley Cookie. It’s a tradition kids of all ages can enjoy!
