New "Plant to Plate" Menu

Through our FarmSource program, we’ve been partnering with local farms for more than 10 years to bring the freshest ingredients to our menu. Our new “Plant to Plate” menu features a few of the items that are made better by using these local ingredients! #LocalTastesBetter

Chicken Bruschetta - 9.99
A fan favorite! This dish features herb-crusted chicken breast and is topped with our homemade bruschetta, which features fresh, local tomatoes. It’s finished with a balsamic glaze, Asiago cheese, and is served with your choice of two sides and bakery-fresh rolls. You can also try it out as one of our Salad Bar Dinner Deals.

Zucchini Lasagna - 8.99
This new Italian classic features hand-breaded local zucchini layered with locally-made sliced ricotta cheese (from Emerald Valley Farms, Washington, PA) and marinara sauce. We then top it off with mozzarella and Asiago cheese, and serve it with your choice of one side and garlic toast. This dish is also one of our Salad Bar Dinner Deals.

Farmer's Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Salad - 8.99
The perfect treat for a hot summer day, this salad features grilled, marinated chicken, cremini mushrooms, plus local zucchini and tomatoes over mixed greens with carrots, red onions, and sunflower seeds. We serve it with white balsamic vinaigrette and bakery-fresh seasonal bread.

Soup, Salad & Fruit Bar – 8.49

Can the chicken bruschetta be gluten free? Is the vegetable soup gluten free?

Due to the noodles that are found in our FarmSource Vegetable Soup, it is not gluten free. Also, the Chicken Bruschetta chicken breast is breaded with a panko bread crumb mixture, which is also not gluten friendly. However, you can request a plain chicken breast cooked on our grill as a substitute so you can enjoy this dish!
