FarmSource Spotlight: Brenckle's Farm

Local always tastes better, and right now, we’re relishing the abundance of fresh flavors from local farms.  Let us introduce you to a few of our local partners whose fresh produce is amping up the menu at our restaurants this summer! Read on to learn more about Brenckle’s Farm:

Brenckle’s Farm  is located Butler, PA, and has been in operation for over 80 years! They provide us with cucumbers for our Soup, Salad, & Fruit Bar, zucchini for our Hand-Breaded Zucchini Appetizer, and green peppers for our FarmSource Veggie Omelette. We also use their slicing tomatoes for our classic Chicken Bruschetta, making for a juicy and flavorful dish!

Brenckle’s Farms & Greenhouses are recognized as a Proven Winners Gold Key Grower for their wide selection and knowledge of PW Products as well as their understanding of the latest growing techniques. They are also a PW Certified Garden Center as they provide unique educational tools to help teach their customers best gardening practices!
