Peters Township Community Day

Hi, friends! Colby here from Team Smiley! Last weekend, Smiley and the gang visited Peters Township for their 38th Annual Community Day and had a blast! There were over 160 food, craft, game, and vendor booths at the event, and the day ended with a fantastic fireworks display. Smiley loved hanging out with all of his new friends, including Miss Pennsylvania and two local award winning dogs!

At the event, our smile station was in the perfect spot as it was at the entrance of the kids’ game and ride area. Attendees enjoyed decorating cookies with their friends and families and we saw a few future cookie artists in the crowd. Smiley also enjoyed some physical activity with local boy scouts, who taught him how to rock climb!

For the first time this summer, the team handed out fish shaped Smiley Cookies! It reminded us of the beach and proved that summer is in full swing!

We would like to thank Peters Township for welcoming us and can’t wait to come back next year!
